Terms and Conditions

All bookings are made via our website or email at info@adventuregreathimalaya.com.

20% deposit: To process a booking, clients are required to deposit 20% of the total cost with a copy of the passport. The passport copy can be sent by scanning and emailing it to the company.

The 20% deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance should be paid in cash, either in USD or Nepali Rupees, upon arrival day or during the pre-meeting at our office. Credit card payment may include an additional charge.

Cancellations must be made after full payment of any trip. Cancellation and booking changes are only possible as mentioned in the points below:

• If you cancel the trip 15 days prior to the departure date, 30% of the total trip cost and remaining amount will be refunded.
• If you cancel the trip less than 15 days before departure, 100% charge applies and there will be no refund.

Travelling with Adventure Great Himalaya requires flexibility and understanding that transport, accommodation, and itinerary may change even after the trip begins. Changes can happen due to local circumstances such as natural disasters, bad roads, weather, cancellation, flight delay or other unexpected situations.

Adventure Great Himalaya is not responsible for expenses or circumstances beyond our control. If possible, we will always try our best to provide an alternative or substitute trip of the same category.

• The company will not refund any amount if a client withdraws from a trip due to inability to continue. We do not refund any amount for facilities not used during the trip.
• We do not accept responsibility for loss of employment, delays, or compensation resulting from situations beyond trip control.

If a client needs to postpone or transfer the booking to another person, the reason must be provided. Additionally, a service charge may apply. Options for postponing or transferring a trip must be available during the two weeks prior to the departure date.

Before joining any trip offered by Adventure Great Himalaya Treks and Expedition, make sure that you are insured against medical and personal accident risks. Insurance must include medical coverage, air ambulance, helicopter rescue services, and trip cancellation coverage.

You must carry proof of insurance, such as an insurance certificate, with you while on a trip.

A valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the return date is required for the trip.

To facilitate the booking process, please send a clear color scanned copy of your passport to us by email at the time of booking.

All members of the group are required to be in good health and physical condition. Members with pre-existing medical problems or conditions must inform the company at the time of booking.

Medical and evacuation expenses are the responsibility of the client. Members are required to consult their doctor for vaccination and medical requirements. The company reserves the right to require a medical certificate before departure.

A legal guardian must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen. For age suitability questions, please contact us for further information.
